The Ritual

Fire, stone, and time —
the three ingredients we can't compromise on.

Each stone is heated in our custom kiln for 8 Hours before it leaves the kitchen.

Your cut arrives raw, hand-trimmed, seasoned with nothing but flake salt and cracked pepper. From that first hiss against the stone, the cooking is yours — sear it hard for a crust, rest it briefly, cut, taste. Repeat until the moment is right.

No oil. No butter. No smoke. Only the meat and the mineral heat of Australian basalt, doing what it's done for two thousand years.
